These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 88df platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88df ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the 88df website, mobile site, games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other services provided through the 88df platform. By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 88df platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 88df from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Mymensingh, and Rangpur. 2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Where such proof cannot be provided or is found to be fraudulent, 88df may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Players who circumvent the age verification process are liable for any losses arising from such circumvention.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Requirements
To register a 88df account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
  • Each individual may hold only one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
  • You must notify 88df of any changes to your registration details, including your mobile number, promptly and in any event no later than 14 days after the change occurs.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 88df will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
  • 88df may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account without providing reasons, provided that any genuine balance held in such account is returned to the account holder via the registered payment method.
3.2 Account Security
You must not share your 88df account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility regardless of whether you authorised such activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact 88df Support immediately via the Support page. 88df will not compensate for losses arising from account sharing or from your failure to secure your login details.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits
88df accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply:
  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-side fee on deposits for standard transaction amounts. Fees applied by your payment provider (e.g., bKash transaction charges) are outside 88df's control.
  • Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the return of funds and possible account suspension.
  • 88df reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large deposits. This is a fraud prevention measure and is not an indication of account suspension.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method is no longer available, in which case an alternative registered method may be used.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes of approval for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary. 88df does not guarantee processing times for withdrawals where additional KYC verification is required.
  • 88df reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is declined, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide additional verification.

88df does not accept, hold, or transmit funds for any purpose other than facilitating gambling activity on the platform. All funds held in your 88df account represent a credit balance against your gaming account and do not constitute a deposit in a regulated financial institution. 88df does not pay interest on account balances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

88df offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions
The following conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 88df unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
  • Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
  • 88df reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and already subject to active wagering will not be affected.
  • Bonuses may only be used for the games or product categories specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus in an ineligible game category may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
  • Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Players who attempt to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may have their accounts reviewed and bonuses cancelled.

6. Prohibited Conduct

88df maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or designed to circumvent the fair operation of the platform. Players found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended and all associated balances forfeited pending investigation. In serious cases, 88df reserves the right to report conduct to relevant authorities.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88df platform:
  • Registering more than one account, or registering an account in another person's name or on behalf of another person without their express written consent.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
  • Exploiting errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to obtain an advantage not intended by 88df. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be removed from the account.
  • Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market available on the platform.
  • Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity as defined under applicable law.

7. Responsible Gaming

88df is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Underage Gambling — Zero Tolerance
88df operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any person found to be under the age of 21 who has registered an account will have that account permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned. 88df may share information with relevant authorities where underage gambling is detected. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the 88df platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88df shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or any other commercial loss, even if 88df has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 88df's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88df makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88df does not guarantee that any particular game, product, or service will remain available on the platform indefinitely. 88df may add, remove, or modify any game, product, feature, or service at any time without prior notice to players.

9. Amendments to These Terms

88df reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 88df will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or via the email or mobile number associated with the player's account. However, 88df is not obligated to provide individual notice of every amendment. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 88df platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
